APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

Drop off completed membership forms at the church office Mon - Fri 9 am to 3:30 pm Sundays after the Liturgy until 1 pm. Completed membership forms can also be left with any member of the Church Council during fellowship on Sundays after the Liturgy.

For further information about membership please E-mail your questions to the 1st VP on the Church Council 1stVP@stdemetriusuoc.ca or call the Church office at 416-255-7506 Ext. 21 during office hours.

Need further information -Join us for light refreshments during fellowship and speak directly with members of the parish council immediately following the Liturgy on Sundays in the Church auditorium.
